Here lies our post card collection. I hope you enjoy looking at them. Think of it as if we are sending you a post card from the many locations we have visited.
Calico is located in Yermo California just outside of Barstow. It was once one of the riches silver mining towns. It is not the site of the Calico Ghost Town once owned by Walter Knott, the owner of Knott’s Berry Farm.

Located in Bakersfield California is an RV park called Orange Grove RV Park. It gets its name because it is located in an orange grove. They cleared enough trees to add paved roads and large pullthrough sites. Each site has its own orange trees. When the oranges are ripe for picking, they let you pick as many as you need.

Pismo Beach is a resting point for Monarch Butterflies. Every year thousands of these butterflies cover the eucalyptus trees here.

Solvang is located near the California coast close to Lompoc and Buellton. It is a little Danish town. There you will find Danish pastry bakeries and restaurants.
